Job description Orbital Recruitment are currently looking for a Welder Or Machinist/General Operative for our client based in Ilkeston for an Immediate start. IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW AND STARTS Duties: * Welding flanges on large utility pipes for the Water and Waste sectors predominately. * You will be using automatic welding machines to weld the flanges on the pipes and manual welding any defects * Will be trained on manual lathes and other stages Experience Needed/ About You: * Basic experience of MIG Welding OR machine work * Ability to learn new skills as requested. * Previous paint experience advantageous. Pay/ Salary: * £13.45 p/h Days * £15.38 p/h Afternoons. * Overtime x1.5 weekdays and Sat and x2 Sunday. * Once permanent quarterly bonuses kick in.
