Role Overview:
As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out EICR testing within occupied properties, ensuring all installations are safe, compliant, and completed to a high standard. The role will involve working acrossCoventryand surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out EICR testing in social housing properties
* Identifying and reporting remedial works
* Completing certification and documentation accurately
* Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and health & safety standards
* Providing professional and courteous service to tenants
We are looking for an Electrician who has:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* 2391 Testing & Inspecting
* 18th Edition
* AM2
* Previous experience within social housing
* Full UK driving license
