The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sourcing, purchasing and supplier relationships across a variety of technical and operational categories. This hands-on role supports engineering, RandD, and operations teams by ensuring timely access to critical materials, components and services. Responsibilities * Manage the end-to-end procurement process: sourcing, quoting, negotiating, and raising POs * Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers across technical and operational categories * Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms * Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and customs documentation * Work closely with engineering and operations to understand requirements and timelines * Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and component records * Improve procurement processes, workflows, and documentation as the organisation scales Requirements Essential * Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles-ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or tech * Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills * Ability to read or clarify technical specifications * Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills * Familiarity with procurement systems, POs, and inventory processes Desirable * Experience in defence, aerospace, robotics, or hardware-focused tech * Understanding of export controls and international shipping * Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems * CIPS qualification (or working towards it) Please contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below
