What You’ll Do:
* Lead, develop, and inspire the Conference & Events team to achieve outstanding results.
* Maximise profitability across a multi-million-pound operation.
* Work closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver business strategy.
* Ensure flawless event execution — from setup to close — meeting client KPIs and service standards.
* Collaborate with culinary, cellar, and operations teams to deliver premium experiences.
* Drive continuous improvement through innovation, training, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Bring:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in conference & event management.
* Proven ability to manage large-scale events and diverse teams.
* Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and client relationship skills.
* A proactive leader with a passion for hospitality and operational excellence.
