Our People Consultancy team is dedicated to making a positive impact in the workplace. We collaborate closely with managers and employees, providing tailored support for complex human resources and employee relations challenges. The Senior People Consultant role focuses on delivering high‑quality casework and driving strategic improvements across the organization.
Responsibilities
* Handle complex employee relations casework, including collective disputes, TUPE processes and employment tribunal work.
* Support organisational change initiatives and change management programmes.
* Provide expert advice on the practical application of employment law and HR policies.
* Co‑operate with Trade Union colleagues to drive improvements.
* Co‑achieve coaching and mentoring of junior People Consultants to maintain high standards of casework delivery.
Qualifications
* Substantial HR / People Consultancy experience.
* Proven experience with complex employee relations casework.
* Experience supporting organisational change.
* Strong applied employment law knowledge.
* Credible stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to operate at Senior Consultant level.
Salary
Starting salary of £47,142 per annum, based on a 36‑hour working week.
