Responsibilities
* As an Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.
* Devise imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability.
* Spend time getting to know residents and their families before creating tailored activities programmes focused on maximising wellbeing, independence and social engagement.
* Shift times: 10:00–16:00.
About You
* Warm, empathetic and personable to join us as an Activities Coordinator.
* Strong organisational skills and a driven mindset to get things done and make things happen.
* Infectious enthusiasm and a creative approach to inspire residents and staff to get involved in activities both within the home and in the local community.
* Any similar experience would be ideal, but it isn’t essential; training will be provided to develop skills and progress your career with us.
