My client, an engineering and logistics business, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join them on a fixed term to cover maternity leave. This role will ideally be based in Newcastle.
This is a varied, fast-paced and autonomous role with a mix or strategic and operational responsibilities, and offers an opportunity to join an organisation committed to supporting its employees.
Supporting your own client groups, you will be joining a fellow HR Business Partner and will work closely with the Senior Management Team.
Senior HR Business Partner responsibilities:
* HR business partnering throughout the full employee life cycle
* Effectively partner with key stakeholders
* Coach and support managers to effectively manage and develop employees
* Help to drive employee engagement with leadership teams
* Support on complex employee relations cases
* Administration of the HR systems and records, with some administration support
* Ensure that HR processes are followed by all managers and employees.
* Manage and deliver HR Projects, initiatives and programmes.
Requirements:
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
* 6 years+ generalist HR experience in fast-paced HR function, ideally within a business partnering model
* Strategic experience in terms of change management, HR projects and overall people strategy execution
* Up-to-date knowledge of employment law / legislation
* Solid Employee Relations experience
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Package:
