My client is looking for a highly organised, detail oriented Security Administrator to join their team, to take ownership of the end to end coordination and administration of client contracts.

Main Responsibilities
1. Setting up new jobs, creating and maintaining job files in Simpro
2. Ordering parts, raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers for timely deliveries.
3. Workbook management, updating and maintaining project workbooks alongside the Security Administrator
4. Invoicing (small works), preparing and processing invoices
5. Purchase ledger, recording and reconciling supplier invoices
6. Job sheets (small works), producing and updating job sheets
7. Returns, managing returned goods and coordinating with suppliers
8. Engineers timesheets, collecting and recording timesheets for payroll and invoicing
