The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be joining an employee first construction consultancy that consists of a motivated team who have built up an excellent reputation of delivering high-quality schemes across the heritage and healthcare sector.
The MRICS Senior Project Manager role:
The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be able to run schemes through pre and post contract stages within the heritage and healthcare sector, along with knowledge of utilising the JCT / NEC contract. The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be a confident individual who has excellent stakeholder management and exposure to delivering projects with contract values up to £100m.
You will be responsible for:
1. Running current/upcoming Project from design-construction phase
2. Communicating effectively with internal/external parties ensuring that Projects are progressing
3. Liaise with the Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to resolve any possible challenges faced
4. Reporting progress feedback on Projects to Associate Directors and major Stakeholders
