We offer a unique Junior Marine HR Coordinator position where you will be part of a large team that manages the movement of Marine personnel operating our jack‑up vessel fleet.
Responsibilities
* Upload and maintain seafarer certifications across internal and external systems.
* Set up new marine colleagues in all relevant systems.
* Help manage and track seafarer certifications with the Training team.
* Get involved in day‑to‑day Marine HR tasks and processes.
* Assist with Marine payroll activities.
* Work with the Logistics team on seafarer planning and travel arrangements.
* Participate in implementing a new IT system within the department.
Qualifications and Skills
* Curious and eager to learn about Marine HR processes and the maritime industry.
* Strong digital flair and interest in optimizing and automating processes.
* Structured, detail‑oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
* Service‑mindful, proactive, and full of initiative and ideas.
* Excellent IT skills; proficient with MS Office applications.
* Proficient in English (speech and writing).
* Good communication skills.
