Qualifications and Requirements:
* Minimum ILM Level 5 coaching qualification or equivalent.

* Trusted advisor skilled at coaching, influencing, and challenging leaders and managers on behavioral change to deliver continuous improvement and increased value.
* Passionate about changing lives through coaching.
* Desire to benefit from being self-employed while being part of a larger community.
