We're looking for a Structures Foreman to join our construction team on a major National Highways projects in Tuddenham. You will ensure works are executed safely, within programme and to the highest quality standards.

Structures Foreman – A47 Tuddenham
Location: Tuddenham (Norwich area)
We're looking for a Structures Foreman to join our construction team on a major National Highways projects in Tuddenham. You will ensure works are executed safely, within programme and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring RAMS, COSHH assessments, and permits are in place before work starts.
* Manage daily site-based construction activities, coordinating resources effectively to meet project goals.
* Oversee material and plant management to align with programme and financial targets.
* Assist site engineering teams with planning, programming, and delivery of temporary and permanent works per design.
* Participate in site discipline meetings and conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and briefings to ensure team alignment.
* Liaise and communicate effectively with site teams and subcontractors to maintain quality and safety standards.
* Supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety, quality, programme requirements, and internal check sheets.
* Maintain accurate site records, including diaries and reports, to document progress and issues.
