Job Description Conveyancing Fee Earner - Hybrid - Up To £45,000pa £8,000pa Bonus Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner with 3 years experience across both Sales and Purchases? Do you want to be able to work on a hybrid basis, with just 1 day each week in the office? What’s in it for you Annual salary up to £45,000pa Depending on Experience Up to £8,000pa performance related bonus Hybrid Working - 1 day in the office each week Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm What you will be doing Responsibility for managing a full and varied caseload of around 40 files Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties from inception to completion Maintaining and building excellent client relationships Always protect client interests, whilst taking precautions against potential fraud and money laundering Obtain and check land registry documents and title deeds Draft legal documents, including contracts and HM Land Registry documents To ensure all files comply with the company policies and the regulatory framework including CLA, SRA and solicitor account rules What you will have Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Conveyancer carrying your own caseload Be able to Title Check unaided Have experience of using a Case Management system Be a motivated self-starter, able to work remotely effectively and efficiently
