Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, your key responsibilities will include supporting clients with their daily routines, including assisting with meals, medications, personal care, and providing companionship, maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant authorities, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery, while also helping clients engage in purposeful and enjoyable activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
Required Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Support Worker, Carer, Health Care Assistant, or Dementia Care Worker, with a caring, compassionate, and enthusiastic approach to supporting others, and the ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support services in a domiciliary care setting.
