Responsibilities
* Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store
* Acting as an ambassador for the Castore brand
* Providing excellent customer service
* Advising and assisting customers on product features and fit
* Handling complaints or forwarding serious issues to the manager on duty
* Conducting customer transactions
* Replenishing stock on shelves and assisting with store deliveries
* Monitoring stock levels and reporting on KPIs regularly (e.g., in-store orders, e-receipts)
* Identifying opportunities for up-selling and add-on sales
