Role Summary
Are you ready to take ownership of customer relationships and drive growth in a dynamic, global organisation?
We're looking for a Regional Sales Engineer (OEM) to join our EMEA team and help us deliver exceptional value to our customers.
In this role you will work closely with the two other Sales Engineers within Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials (MCAM) UK to:
1. Manage and grow relationships with top OEM accounts aiming to double the portfolio.
2. Identify new opportunities for shapes and parts, ensuring sustainable growth and market share.
3. Act as a role model for best practices and collaborate closely with Inside Sales and other internal teams.
4. Provide technical expertise and application knowledge to offer competitive solutions.
5. Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate follow-up activities to hit defined targets.
6. Maintain accurate customer and market data in Salesforce to support strategic decisions.
This role would benefit from someone being based in the South of England.
What We're Looking For
7. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanics, Plastics, or Chemistry.
8. Experience: Sales and engineering background, ideally in an industrial production environment.
9. Skills:
Technical knowledge of materials and machining;
Ability to read technical drawings;
Familiarity with CNC machining and ERP systems;
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
