Business Development Executive (Germany), Swansea
Our client is seeking a Business Development Executive to increase revenue in Germany through the management and growth of existing Tier 2, 3 & 4 accounts, developing new customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities. The role involves account management, business development, event activity, and customer engagement, reporting to the Germany Country Lead.
Responsibilities include:
* Account management and regular customer reviews
* Converting leads and maintaining a sales pipeline using Salesforce
* Demand generation campaigns and trend analysis in Cyber Security
* Promoting company events and engaging with VIP customers
* Responding to customer feedback and supporting company operations at events
* Managing targets, KPIs, invoicing, and customer service
* Upholding the company's culture and values within the Cyber Security community
Qualifications and requirements:
* EU work permit
* Experience in business development and account management
* Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
