Job Title: Finance Analyst
Location: North Oxfordshire (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum + bonus

The successful candidate will act as a business partner to the operations and commercial teams, providing financial insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making across supply chain, logistics, and operations.
The Role
* Lead the month-end close for supply chain finance, ensuring accuracy and integrity of reporting.
* Partner with operations to drive efficiency, cost control, and process improvements.
* Prepare detailed logistics performance analysis and financial forecasts.
* Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including variance analysis and commentary.
* Manage and analyse inventory, including excess and obsolete stock reporting.
* Drive improvements and automation within SAP and Power BI reporting.
* Support ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
* Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).
* Proven experience within manufacturing, supply chain, or operational finance.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into meaningful insight.
* Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable.
* Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to Power BI preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable working across departments.
