The Role:
You will be a key member of the commercial property team, handling a broad range of non-contentious matters for a diverse client portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
* Acting on commercial leasehold transactions (for landlords and tenants).
* Assisting with site acquisitions and development projects.
* Handling secured lending work, working closely with banks and other financial institutions.
* Dealing with business sales and purchases.
* Some limited work on residential property matters (experience here is desirable).
About You:
To be successful in this application, you will be:
* A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 1 year of PQE in commercial property.
* IT literate and confident in using case management systems.
* Possess excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
* A proactive, professional, and commercially minded individual with a passion for problem-solving.
* Able to manage your own caseload efficiently, meeting deadlines and targets.
* Calm under pressure and client-focused.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (with a one-hour lunch break).
