This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Accounts Payable Team Leader to take ownership of the AP function and manage a motivated team in a fast-paced environment. What Youll Do: Manage the Accounts Payable function, ensuring processes are followed and disputes are escalated Lead, support, and motivate the AP team to deliver accurate and timely results Process supplier invoices, resolve queries, and complete reconciliations Manage payment runs in line with authorisation limits and company policy Control the payment cycle and optimise cash flow Build and maintain strong supplier relationships Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance and accuracy Develop and improve AP processes for greater efficiency What Were Looking For: Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Proven team leadership or management experience Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel Detail-focused with excellent organisational skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities For more information on this opportunity, or to take the next step in your finance career, contact Garry Thomson at HireIQ in complete confidence.
