Job Title: People Advisor (HR, part of the People Team)
Location:Taunton (Hybrid - minimum 3 days per week in the office)
Salary:Circa £31, per annum dependant on experience
Hours: Full-time Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5pm

What You'll Be Doing:
This is a People Advisor role with real purpose. You'll act as a trusted partner to leaders, helping them navigate people challenges with confidence, clarity, and empathy.
You'll play a key role in:
9. Providing practical, peoplefocused HR advice to managers and teams ensuring our culture and purpose underpin all decisions and interactions.
10. Supporting employee relations matters in a fair, human and balanced way
11. Guiding teams through change, growth and integration following acquisitions
12. Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted goto advisor across the business
13. Translating HR policies and processes into clear, approachable guidance that works in the real world
14. Supporting wellbeing, engagement and inclusive ways of working
15. Helping shape and develop people processes as the organisation continues to grow

What We're Looking For:

You'll be someone who:
16. Has demonstratable experience in an HR/People Advisory role and acted as a partner within the business
17. Is comfortable with ambiguity and a growing, changing environment
18. Builds strong, trusting relationships naturally and consistently demonstrates a clear understanding of the importance of effective stakeholder management
19. Handles sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
20. Is curious, reflective, and motivated to keep developing
