The Opportunity

LegalVision is not your typical law firm! We operate on a unique membership model that empowers businesses to take a proactive approach to their legal needs. Rather than reacting to problems after they arise, our clients are equipped to set themselves up for long-term success with continuous, on-demand legal support.

In this role, you’ll engage directly with SME business leaders across England to uncover both their immediate legal needs and long-term business goals. Your mission is to demonstrate how LegalVision’s membership can deliver significant value - not just for a single matter, but as an ongoing partnership.

Some leads may come in with a specific project in mind. It’s your job to look deeper - to understand their operations, growth plans, and potential risks - and show how our membership can support their business at every stage. With a range of pricing tiers and contract lengths, we’re equipped to support businesses of all sizes and industries.

While prior experience in consultative B2B sales is essential, legal sector experience is not required. You’ll receive comprehensive training to build your knowledge of the legal and commercial challenges UK businesses face. Plus, you’ll have access to our in-house legal experts to support you in client meetings as needed.

Most of your leads will be inbound, but with an uncapped commission structure, the sky’s the limit. Driven team members who proactively leverage their networks and other channels to bring in new members will be rewarded accordingly.


The Ideal Candidate

* Experienced: Minimum 4 years of experience in a consultative B2B sales environment in a business development manager or sales consultant position. We want you to hit the ground running!
* A fast learner and a strong communicator: You are able to pick up complex concepts quickly and explain them to clients in a way your client understands. You are a confident communicator and can find the perfect balance between powerful persuasion and being unhelpfully pushy.
* Passionate about the client experience: You are focused on your clients and you’re dedicated to creating experiences that exceed client expectations. You know that the way to win is to delight your clients at every opportunity.
* Personable, resilient and a culture champion: A friendly, warm and professional demeanour will get you far. You celebrate the ups and bounce back quickly from your learnings.
* A Go Getter: Winning for yourself and for your clients is in your DNA. You’re a self starter and you want to be the best.
