PMR provide on-site staff to high end residential apartments across the UK and are currently recruiting for temporary caretaking staff to work at luxury residential buildings across Bristol.
Rate: £13.20 per hour (+ 12.07% holiday pay)
Hours range from: 7 to 12 hour shifts (typically 7am-4pm, 7am-7pm, 10am-10pm or 2pm-11pm)
Duties include:
Ensure a high standard of cleanliness across the building at all times.
To inspect and clean all internal communal areas including windows and surfaces, ledges doors and skirtings.
General cleaning duties of communal areas (subject but not limited to: gym area, lifts, communal landings, corridors and stairwells.
Vacuum and mop the floors of communal areas.
Empty, clean and replace bins and pick up any litter.
Preferably, you will have previous experience working in residential, 4-5* hotels or hospitality caretaking roles.
