Customer Services Executive - Hybrid (Polegate) - £24k-£25.5k
Atlas Recruitment Group is looking for a Customer Services Executive with advanced admin skills to join a global, professional team. If you thrive on delivering excellent customer service and love keeping operations running smoothly, this could be your next role!
What you'll do:
Provide exceptional customer support and manage requests/issues efficiently.
Input and maintain accurate data in service management systems.
Schedule and allocate engineers' work while monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
Handle dispatch, travel arrangements, and logistics.
Liaise with engineers and provide phone support in the field.
What we're looking for:
Full, clean driving licence.
Strong Excel and administrative skills.
Outstanding customer service mindset.
The perks:
Hybrid role (once fully trained) - Office based in Polegate.
Permanent, Mon-Fri, 37.5 hrs/week (8:30-17:00 or 9:00-17:30).
