Lead Salesforce Consultant (Fully Remote, UK) - Salary: £70,000
I’m currently supporting a well-established, mission-driven organisation to recruit a Lead Salesforce Consultant to join their growing team.
This is a newly created role, offering a unique opportunity to take ownership of a Salesforce consultancy function supporting organisations across the charity and public sector space.
The opportunity
This role will suit an experienced Salesforce professional who combines technical expertise, consultancy experience, and commercial awareness.
You’ll be responsible for leading and scaling a Salesforce consultancy offering that supports customers using a Salesforce-based case management platform, widely adopted across a national network of organisations.
It’s a high-impact role with responsibility across strategy, delivery, and revenue growth.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading the strategy and growth of a Salesforce consultancy practice
* Overseeing delivery of Salesforce implementations across multiple clients
* Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across customer organisations
* Running workshops, shaping roadmaps, and translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
* Managing a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and budgets are met
* Driving revenue growth through new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
* Leading and developing a small team of Salesforce consultants
* Building relationships with key partners and third-party vendors
* Monitoring performance across revenue, utilisation, delivery risk, and pipeline
What they’re looking for
* Strong experience delivering Salesforce solutions within a consultancy or partner environment
* Experience in a senior or leadership role (e.g. Lead Consultant, Practice Lead, Head of Salesforce)
* Proven track record of managing and developing teams
* Experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
* Commercial ownership experience, including revenue targets and growth
* Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Experience managing budgets and delivery performance
Nice to have
* Experience in the charity, housing, or public sector
* Exposure to SaaS environments or scaling consultancy offerings
* Knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem (e.g. AppExchange, industry clouds)
* Awareness of emerging Salesforce capabilities such as AI and automation
