Capgemini Invent builds innovative strategies to transform organisations. As part of our Digital Trust & Security practice, you will support clients in designing secure business outcomes across cybersecurity, data and identity, AI risk and security operations.
YOUR ROLE
We are looking for experienced Cybersecurity professionals who can embed security culture and practices across the organisation.
* Security Assurance – Leading delivery of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST and Cyber Essentials, ensuring clients meet industry standards and regulatory obligations.
* Security Architecture – Designing or implementing secure architectural patterns that align with standards like CIS L1/2, NIST, ISO 27001 and COBIT.
* Generative AI – Enabling secure design and adoption of Gen‑AI in alignment with regulations such as the EU AI Act and GDPR.
KEY EXPECTATIONS
* Lead projects that transform clients’ cybersecurity and architecture capabilities, reducing business and technology risk.
* Provide strategic, organisational and human expertise in cybersecurity; influence board and CxO stakeholders.
* Conduct threat modelling, risk management and security overlay assessments.
* Develop new security strategies for cloud, agile/DevSecOps environments.
* Translate technical domains into business value and secure quick wins.
* Drive conversations with clients to influence the board and senior stakeholders.
* Collaborate on security strategy, governance, testing, IAM, architecture, privacy and cyber analytics.
* Contribute to business development: proposals, RFPs, client pitches and events.
* Achieve a personal sales target of £0.5 m (soft target).
* Participate in internal contributions such as whitepapers, practice development and training.
YOUR PROFILE
* Experience in one or more Cybersecurity domains: security & risk management, architecture, asset security, engineering, communications & networking, IAM, security education, testing, operations or software development security.
* Exposure to SOC teams, OT security, security architecture, security operating model transformation and cybersecurity assessments.
* Knowledge of core frameworks and regulations: NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Critical Controls, NIS2, DORA, FCA, Bank of England, etc.
* Experience securing Gen‑AI for business or enabling Gen‑AI for security.
* Relevant qualifications such as CISSP, CISM or CompTIA Security+ preferred.
* Background in consulting or industry with consulting experience.
* Ability to thrive in a matrixed organisation and secure support from peers for selling and delivering solutions.
* Proven proposition building and delivery experience.
* Cross‑sector experience across Capgemini’s core sectors.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
* Experience leading and managing delivery in cybersecurity projects.
* SC cleared (or above) or eligible.

Remuneration includes a variable element dependent on grade and performance, plus flexible benefits options.
