We are now recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer, ideally with a facilities maintenance background.
Our client base is Managing agents of commercial office blocks & industrial units, Retail & Student Accommodation, Housing association, Football stadiums, Public and Private sector.
Essential duties & Responsibilities
* General Electrical and HVAC plant maintenance
* Maintenance / repairs / replacements of lighting / rewires /electrical testing and all general electrical duties and including all other duties including mechanical & plumbing on site.
* Health and safety awareness.
* To maintain on site log books, permits & site paperwork insuring they are completed and up to date.
* The Electrical Engineer will be working as part of a mobile team, our client is looking for someone who is flexible, works well as part of a team and is client focussed.
* This post will be based on a Mobile role, covering predominantly the Glasgow area OR Edinburgh area.
Qualifications
* Approved Electrical Apprenticeship is a minimum requirement.
* Passed AM2 (English qualification) or SVQ level 3 Electrical qualification with a final trade test being completed.
* Approved Electrician with 18th Edition Accreditation is a minimum requirement.
* Testing & Inspection Certification would be beneficial to role.

Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
