The Job Role
* A Sous Chef to oversee the high end, quality experience in a similar venue
* A Sous Chef to support the head chef with managing the team
* A Sous Chef that is confident working with Fresh Food and has previous experience.
* A Sous Chef to continually drive standards of food service forward
* A Sous Chef that has the passion to recruit, train and develop their team
* A Sous Chef that can lead from the front.
The Requirements
* The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a high end quality environment.
* Experience managing teams is a must
* Must of worked in a fresh food venue previously.
* Self-starter with high quality service standards.
* You with have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
* An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
