Key Responsibilities
* Leading and developing the Group's payroll function and providing leadership to a small team, supporting their development and upskilling.
* Keeping abreast of changing payroll legislation and ensuring business compliance.
* Managing compensation and benefits for the business including salary sacrifice, pensions, etc.
* Reconciliation of payroll reports.
* Overseeing weekly and monthly payroll.
* Ensuring compliance for year end activities.
