Pay Rate: Competitive outside IR35 Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on-site) Parking: Available nearby About the Role: In this exciting position, you will craft clear, engaging, and precise technical documentation that supports both customers and technicians around the globe. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the lifecycle of our client's remarkable vehicles, from developing Owner Handbooks. Key Responsibilities: Parts Catalogue Develop and maintain parts catalogue aligned with new product launches and model year updates. Interpret Bil of Materials (BoM'), Product Description Books (PDBs), Technical Product Descriptions (TPDs), Engineering Change documentation and CAD data. Ensure content is user-friendly, brand-aligned, and technically accurate.Quality & Communication Ensure documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Planning, Legal, and Marketing. Support internal and external communications to promote Aftersales initiatives.What We're Looking For: Skills & Experience Good understanding of vehicle part architecture and technologies Proven ability to create clear, concise technical documentation for diverse audiences. Proficient in digital platforms and data management systems. Experience in external publication and catalogue systems preferred. Experience with Catia or simple CAD tool to creates illustrations.Knowledge Requirements Understanding of Bentley product and retailer processes. Familiarity with automotive engineering and Aftersales practises. Knowledge of legislative requirements. Proficient in part catalogue and illustration systems.Qualifications Strong content writing skills Qualification in English Good knowledge of systems with minimal training provided Ability to arrange moving images/text for documentation Essential understanding of automotive partsWhy Join Our Client?
