Job Description

1. Develop and execute US market access strategies for hospital-based antibiotics, ensuring optimal pricing, reimbursement, and formulary positioning.
2. Build and maintain relationships with payers, PBMs, GPOs, and hospital systems to secure favorable coverage and contracting terms.
3. Head pricing and reimbursement initiatives, including value-based contracting and innovative payment models aligned with payer needs.
4. Assess market trends, payer policies, and industry landscapes to inform strategic choices and identify access opportunities.
5. Advocate for policies facilitating antibiotic access and stewardship, addressing barriers such as antimicrobial resistance and hospital budget constraints.
6. Build, manage and mentor a market access team, ensuring compliance with. healthcare regulations and driving cross-functional alignment with commercial goals.
