Regional Education Lead - SEMH
Salary: Up to £90k including annual performance bonus and access to the MIP
Location: Home based with national travel

The role of a strong Regional Leader focused on high-quality provision, governance, and performance is key to fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring a safe environment within our schools.
As part of the Senior Leadership Team in Children Services, you will lead on quality and performance, ensuring standards and expectations are met or exceeded, and driving efficiency and profitability to achieve budget and target goals.
You should be qualified with experience in leading and managing multiple schools, providing leadership, governance, and support to staff at all levels. An in-depth understanding of the needs of young people with SEMH and experience in achieving high regulatory outcomes are essential.
You must have a keen eye for detail, professional curiosity, and a strong commitment to safeguarding. Knowledge of the Independent Schools Standards (ISS) and the regulatory environment is required.
