Role Overview
Simply Education are recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants for Bicester primary schools. You'll support teachers with classroom learning, assist pupils with SEN, and help deliver a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN
Work with small groups or 1:1 pupils
Aid classroom management and pupil engagement
Assist with resources and activities to enhance learningSkills & Experience:
School or childcare experience is desirable but not essential
Patient, adaptable, and reliable personality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passionate about supporting children and willing to learn
