They are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Apprentice to help drive forward their digital presence and support marketing across all areas of the business. If you’re passionate about social media, content creation, and digital storytelling – and you want to gain real-world experience in a respected law firm – this role is for you.
A Typical Day in the Job
As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you'll support a wide range of marketing activities while learning from an experienced team. You’ll:
* Create and schedule engaging social media content and monitor online engagement
* Assist with planning and executing email marketing campaigns
* Use analytics tools to assess campaign performance and report on key KPIs and ROI
* Help update and maintain the company website, supporting SEO efforts through keyword research and page optimisation
* Provide creative input for marketing assets including visual and video content
* Assist with planning and delivery of events – including travel across Birmingham offices for on-site support
* Manage event documentation and administrative tasks
* Collaborate with teams across the business to align marketing activities and ensure a consistent message
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge
* A creative mindset and willingness to get stuck in – the role is what you make it!
* Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends
* Some experience with WordPress, Photoshop, Canva or video editing software preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Previous work experience is essential – we’re looking for someone with life experience
* A clean driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable, as the role involves travel between offices
* A Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths and a Grade 4/C in GCSE English is required for this role
Salary, Hours & Benefits
* Salary: £15,000 – £23,492 per annum (based on experience)
* Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9:00am – 5:30pm | Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday off

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships
This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification, and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.
With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
