Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing the reliability of our site's operations. Working within a multi-disciplinary engineering team, you will be responsible for providing mechanical support to our production department, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager.
* Perform planned maintenance, inspections, and overhauls of plant equipment and site facilities.
* Comply with site SHE procedures, proactively identify improvement opportunities, and promote a positive safety culture.
* Coordinate with other trades and support functions to complete tasks efficiently.
* Share and develop skills across multiple disciplines to enhance team performance.
* Maintain high housekeeping standards within the workshop and across the site.
