Multi:Trader : Stratford

About the Role:
As a Multi:Trader, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards. You will be a key part of the team, responding to various jobs across the town and city. Your responsibilities will include:
* Performing repairs and maintenance across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying, plastering, and painting.
* Adhering to all regulatory standards and maintaining a strong focus on health and safety at all times.
* Working in diverse conditions, including at heights and in confined spaces.
* Establishing works required and associated costs.
* Maintaining accurate paperwork and updating PDA database information.
What Were Looking For:
* Salary: Up to GBP38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
* Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 2 or City and guilds Craft in a core trade (e.g., plumbing, carpentry).
* Experience and Skills:
* Proven experience in repairs, maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying, plastering, and painting.
* A full, clean driving license is essential.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on health and safety.
* Flexible and adaptable, willing to work in various locations.
