We are looking for Senior Practitioner Mental Health Social Workers who are Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHPs), or ready to progress to this next step in their mental health career.

* The candidate can use their knowledge and experience of physiological changes that take place in older age and impact mental and physical wellbeing to inform their practice. They will also use their understanding of different functional mental illness to develop Care and Support Plans which hold personalisation as the central consideration.
