Role Overview
As a Sales Coordinator based in Colchester, you will be responsible for:
* Being the first point of contact for customers over the phone and at the trading counter, providing exceptional customer service
* Supporting the team with customer quotes and administrative duties
* Checking in with customers on their projects and offering further support
* Occasionally assisting in the warehouse
This is a full-time, permanent role working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Candidate Requirements
* Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Comfortable assisting in all branch areas, including the warehouse
* Customer service experience is desirable but not essential
