Care Coordinator £28,000 - £29,000 per year Full-time, Permanent Location: Chichester We are looking for an organised and people-focused Care Coordinator to join a well-established domiciliary care provider in the Chichester area. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, values-led team delivering high-quality care within the community. The Role As a Care Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the service, ensuring care is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
