Role Description

We are hiring an Office Administrator for a full-time on-site position based in Ossett. Responsibilities include:

* Managing daily office tasks and carrying out general administrative duties.
* Providing outstanding administrative support
* Ensuring efficient communication channels such as answering the phone and directing calls as required and responding to email enquiries
* Booking in both reactive and proactive works from both domestic and commercial customers
* Assist with organising daily work schedules for engineers
* Liaise with customers to resolve account and invoicing queries
* Assisting in Social Media Marketing
* Assisting in site drawings - training will be given.
* The Office Administrator will also address customer inquiries and assist with office operations to ensure smooth workflows.

Skills and behaviours:

* Experience in using Sage Accounts and Payroll - ESSENTIAL
* Positive, enthusiastic approach to work
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
* Basic Accounting knowledge for managing financial tasks and records.
* Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
* Previous experience in office administration or a related field is a plus.
* A positive and proactive attitude with attention to detail is highly desirable.

Pay is negotiable dependant upon experiance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.21-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
