We are looking for an organised and proactive HR & TimetableAssistant to join our busy and friendly GP practice.
This is a key administrative role supporting both HR processes and staffrota coordination across a large multidisciplinary team. Working closely with and assisting ourHR Lead and Rota Administrator as part of a small team, you will help ensuresafe staffing levels and smooth day-to-day operations for a practice servingapproximately 27,000 patients.
Main duties of the job
* To assist with maintaining accurate staff records and support HR administration
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff inductions
* Monitor training, compliance and absence records
* To assist and provide cover for the management of our rotas for clinical and non-clinical staff
* To assist with coordinating annual leave and arrange cover where needed
* To Assist with Identifying rota gaps and liaising with managers to resolve them
* Provide general administrative support to the management team

Job responsibilities
The HR and Timetable Assistant will support the delivery ofefficient and effective human resources and administrative services, includingmaintaining accurate employee records and contributing to day-to-day HRadministration.
The role involves supporting recruitment processes, onboarding,staff inductions, assisting in monitoring training requirements, compliance,and absence records. The postholder will also support rota management for bothclinical and non-clinical staff, helping to organise annual leave, identify andresolve staffing gaps in liaison with managers and ensure appropriate cover isin place. In addition, the role provides general administrative support to thewider management team to help ensure smooth operational delivery.
