Description
* Manage and deliver a portfolio of strategic projects and initiatives.
* Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and company goals.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
* Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
* Identify and manage project risks and issues.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project portfolio.
* Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Profile
A successful Programme Manager should have:
* Proven experience in Programme/Project management within the automotive/mechanical sector
* Experience working with automotive, mechanical or engineering clients
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A strong understanding of project management methodologies.
* The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent problem–solving skills and a proactive approach.
Job Offer
* A competitive daily rate of between 450– 600 per day, inside IR35
* 6 month contract, with high probability of further extension
