We are currently seeking to appoint an Academic Support Tutor in Business on a Full-Time, permanent basis.
Job purpose:
Every full-time student is allocated a Personal Tutor whose key role is to support the personal, academic and social development of each individual and of the group as a whole in order to enable them to take full advantage of the opportunities provided by the curriculum in its widest sense. The primary role is to keep track of their attendance and the submission of their assignments.
Tutors should help students to reflect on their skills and experience, both within and outside of the curriculum, in an academic context and where appropriate, use this reflection to assist the student to formulate action...
