OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION

Supporting Manager with various administrative duties such as collate information into a usable format from numerous, ensure all procedures and documentations are in order and meet Health and safety Compliance.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Efficiently respond to both internal and external customers through effective communication.

• Ensuring systems are updated with the correct information and documentation, including COSHH and RAMS folders.

• Maintain all paperwork meets contract and Health & Safety compliance.

• Inputting timesheets using spreadsheets and a payroll portal.

• Assisting with HR queries from employees and liaising with external HR department.

• Answering queries relating to time and attendance devices and helping staff with them as required.

• Recording absences and holidays.

• Placing orders for consumables, stock, uniforms, and other services.

• Preparation for H&S and other onsite audits.

• Attending meetings with management, client and/or colleagues, producing minutes and distributing for action.

• Assisting with any admin related tasks for site.

• Filing, printing, and scanning documents as required.

• Collate monthly reports and KPI on a monthly basis.

Essential:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Outstanding communication skills both internal and external.

• Intermediate level in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• The ability to effectively prioritise your workload and build relationships with key stakeholders.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• A proactive/can do attitude to work.

• The ability to work on own initiative and take full ownership of role.

• The ability to follow process/ instructions.

• Computer literate.
