Key responsibilities:
* Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues (Break/Fix Requests).
* Installing and configuring servers, networking equipment, and storage devices (Racking & Stacking).
* Handling fibre and copper cabling (Cabling).
* Participating in migration and upgrade projects.
* Setting up and maintaining rack infrastructure, network, and server installations.
* Troubleshooting network and hardware issues using IP-based techniques.
* Decommissioning outdated hardware following best practices.
* Installing and configuring UPS and PDU equipment.
* Producing comprehensive site survey and audit documentation.
Qualifications and skills:
* Experience in data centre operations or related fields is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and cabling.
* Familiarity with data centre infrastructure.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and high-quality standards.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
