Our client is seeking an Small Works Project Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a practical, hands-on approach to delivering high-quality works on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing accurate and competitive quotations for small works projects
* Organising labour, materials, to ensure smooth project delivery
* Conducting site surveys and assessments
* Signing off completed works to ensure compliance and quality standards
* Managing and overseeing subcontractors to maintain performance and safety
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role within construction, fit-out, or maintenance
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously
