The opening of this post is part of a service improvement and redesign programme. The role will support Early Intervention within the Mental Health Network.
Job Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administration and information services to the Early Intervention service.
* Coordinate administrative activities with the Business Administration Team to ensure efficient and confidential service delivery.
* Support Clinical Teams as a Team Clinical Administrator.
* Work flexibly in response to Network needs and cover departments on multiple sites as directed by the Admin Manager.
Working patterns are Mon, Tues, Thurs and Friday 9:00–16:30.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Customer Care or Business Administration – or equivalent experience
* Demonstrable commitment to continuous personal development
Experience
* Working with Microsoft Office applications
* Previous experience as a Secretary/Administrator including diary management
* Experience of working in a fast‑moving, confidential, sensitive, pressure‑driven environment
Skills
* Good grammar and numeracy skills
* Excellent keyboard skills
* Data input and retrieval
Disclosure and Barring Service Check
This post requires a Disclosure and Barring Service check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
Salary
£25,760 to £27,476 a year (Pro Rata)
