If so, I am working with a leading manufacturer who specialise in engineered surfaces (decorative materials) who are looking for a Business Development Manager – covering Edinburgh and Glasgow.
You’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding market presence for a range of premium products. Taking ownership of designated territory, building relationships, identifying opportunities and working closely with customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and growing a strong customer base across key markets.
* Understanding customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
* Staying ahead of market trends, competitor activity and product developments.
* Support customers with guarantee and product queries.
* Maintain accurate records and reports
About you:
* Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the sanitaryware or bathroom sector
* Strong market knowledge and established industry relationships
* Commercial acumen with a flair for sales strategy and negotiation
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional customer service and problem-solving ability
* Willingness to travel within your territory; including occasional overnight stays
