The Role:
Our business keeps growing, so were looking for a skilled Creator Partnership Manager to join our team. You will lead our influencer strategy and execution in the US and UK, managing a team focused on building impactful partnerships with top industry influencers and experts. Your mission is to drive brand awareness, credibility, and customer acquisition by developing and scaling influencer collaborations across key markets and verticals.
You will oversee campaign development, outreach strategy, team performance, and cross-functional alignmentwhile also staying close to the influencer ecosystem and driving innovation within the channel.
Whilst you will oversee UK campaigns, you must be able to demonstrate success with US brands on TikTok Shop. Building out our capabilities on TikTok Shop US is essential to the role.
Requirements and qualifications:
* UK-based
* Experience with TikTok US (direct, or with cross-border sellers, etc.)
* Experience with TikToks creator marketplace
* Management of TikTok affiliate campaigns and demonstrable results
* Wider understanding of ecommerce and marketplace trading
* Ability to recruit and build close bonds with creators
* 24 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related marketing function
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Proven ability to manage influencer campaigns from concept to execution and reporting
Main responsibilities / your responsibilities will include:
Influencer Strategy & Management:
* Identifying and securing high-potential influencers to foster long-term, strategic partnerships.
* Overseeing the creation of compelling outreach strategies and content to engage influencers.
* Approving and guiding the development of campaign briefs, influencer rosters, and content concepts.
* Monitoring and optimizing influencer performance across brand awareness, content quality, and conversions.
* Leading experimentation into new influencer niches and formats, such as user-generated content (UGC), ambassador programs, and niche communities.
Team Leadership & Reporting:
* Reporting regularly on team performance and campaign return on investment (ROI) to senior stakeholders.
* Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging influencer talent, and platform opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Collaborating with brand, content, paid, affiliate, and product teams on integrated campaigns.
TikTok Creator Community Development (Mid/Long-Term):
* Growing and nurturing US and UK TikTok creators through both one-to-one and community-wide management and communication.
* Developing quarterly and monthly operational plans to increase creators' content production, compliance, and monetization on the e-commerce platform.
* Implementing tiered management strategies (top-tier, mid-tier, long-tail creators) to maximize ROI and efficiency.
* Develop partnerships with TAP, CAP and Talent Management partners to enhance our internal creator network
