We are recruiting an exceptionalTeacher of Latin & History who can teach the subjects across KeyStages 3, 4, and 5.The position is for September2025and is suitable for an experienced colleague. The post isforfull-time and permanent.

About the role
To contribute to raising standards of student achievement in the Latin & History subject areas by teaching lessons andsupporting the subject leaders. Further, to support the academic teaching andpastoral functions across the school.
In a typical day, you may be:
•Delivering high-quality lessons that support the development ofknowledge and understanding of students
•Supporting subject leaders in ensuring high-quality lesson plans andschemes of work that engage and enrich students’ learning
•Reportingon internal and external assessments to help determinestudents’ progress and attainment
•Working with the Head of Year to support and delivering high qualitypastoral care to students
•Supporting the faculty and whole school development priorities
•Undertaking appropriate supervision before school, at break, afterschool and at lunch time as per the whole school duty rota
•Attending and engaging with continuous professional development sessionswith key stakeholders to support the development of the best possible qualityof teaching and learning
